All our cutting forms are available with or without slots for standard landscape 85mm x 55mm business cards irrespective of whether they are shown on the diagrams below.
New to Flexpress is our short to medium run folders with digital Spot UV service, offering quantities as few as 50. Our digital Spot UV is produced on our Duplo DuSense Sensory Coater. The cutting forms for these folders can also be downloaded below.
To download a cutting form template, use the icons in the table for PDF, AIT, and IDML. Folders marked A4+ or A5+ are oversized to take standard A4 and A5 inserts.

File set up information
- We recommend Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator. The easiest way is to download a template and use it as your base.
- If you want artwork on the flap that folds up from the bottom, position it upside down so it reads correctly when made up.
- When exporting PDF, select PDF X 1a 2001, include 3mm bleed and trim marks.
- Leave the cutting form on the artwork and ensure the swatch is a spot colour called Cutter so the job flows through automation.
