Introduction

We’ve got plenty of cutting forms in our locker and there’s a selection of our folder templates below. Many of these existing forms have capacity (allowing more inserts to be added to the folder) and some don’t. In general, non capacity folders will hold approximately 7 to 8 sheets of paper, but this is dependent on the paper weight used for the inserts.

Interlocking folders are printed, cut and creased and delivered to you flat. This makes storage much easier as they take up less room. You will, however, need to make up your folders as you use them. This is as simple as slotting one piece of card into another.

Glued folders are printed, laminated, cut and creased and fully made up mechanically by us. Folders with additional capacity can be quite bulky and you will need to consider storage if ordering a large amount.

All our cutting forms are available with or without slots for standard landscape 85mm x 55mm business cards irrespective of whether they are shown on the diagrams below.

New to Flexpress is our short to medium run folders with digital Spot UV service, offering quantities as few as 50. Our digital Spot UV is produced on our Duplo DuSense Sensory Coater. The cutting forms for these folders can also be downloaded below.

To download a cutting form template, use the icons in the table for PDF, AIT, and IDML. Folders marked A4+ or A5+ are oversized to take standard A4 and A5 inserts.
