Offset Presses
Ryobi 970PF
For larger-format, high-volume work, our Ryobi 970PF is an 8-colour perfecting SRA1 sheet-fed offset press, giving our trade clients a powerful and highly cost-effective production solution. Capable of printing full colour on both sides in a single pass, it’s ideally suited to multi-up work, multi-page work and longer-run jobs where speed, consistency, and unit cost are critical. The combination of large sheet size and perfecting configuration allows us to maximise layout efficiency while maintaining stable colour and precise registration, whilst printing on both sides of the sheet at once, delivering dependable offset quality at scale. This makes it an excellent choice for trade work that demands volume and value, seamlessly complementing our digital presses and finishing equipment for a complete, in-house production offering.

HP Indigo 100K
At the heart of our production is the HP Indigo 100K, a world-class digital press that allows us to deliver outstanding print quality at speed, without compromise. Its offset-like quality, exceptional colour consistency, and ability to run a wide range of premium stocks mean your work looks flawless from the first sheet to the last. Ricoh Pro C9210
Alongside our larger-format digital production, we also operate a Ricoh Pro C9210 Graphic Arts Edition, an SRA3 production digital press built specifically for commercial printing. Configured purely for print, with no scanning or copying functionality, it is designed for accuracy, consistency, and professional output rather than general office use. It excels at smaller-format and multi-version work, where layout efficiency and turnaround are critical, delivering clean detail and dependable colour performance. This allows us to allocate work intelligently across our production floor, ensuring every job is produced on the most appropriate press for its format, specification, and intent.

Horizon StitchLiner Mark III
Our saddle-stitched booklet production is anchored by the Horizon StitchLiner Mark III, our main high-volume finishing line engineered for professional production environments. This S-series system combines collating, folding, saddle stitching, and three-knife trimming into a fully automated workflow, delivering clean, precise booklets with minimal operator intervention and fast setup times. Capable of handling a wide range of formats, including A4 landscape and other expanded booklet sizes, and producing up to around 6,000 finished booklets per hour, it brings real flexibility and throughput to our binding floor. With automated thickness, stitch length, and balance adjustment built in, we can handle variable job requirements and deliver consistent, professional saddle-stitched brochures, catalogues, and publications that reflect the quality and care you expect.
