The Host with the Most!
Flexpress hosts international DScoop guests for an HP Indigo 100K demonstration and a tour of its print operation.
When HP asked us to host 20 guests to show off our new HP Indigo 100K, we thought they were joking.
After all, 20 guests are more people than we employ. However, they were being serious.
About DScoop
DScoop is a Hewlett Packard-backed event that brings together major digital-printing organisations from around the world for networking and the exchange of information and ideas.
Flexpress was selected as a host because HP regarded the company as a positive example within print.
Hosting the Visitors
At around 7,500 square feet, Flexpress does not have an abundance of spare space.
Our meeting room seats seven people, so visitors were divided into three groups across two days.
Each group had the opportunity to:
- See the HP Indigo 100K in operation
- Learn about the steps Flexpress has taken to outperform much of the industry
- Tour the production facility
- Discuss print ideas and operational experience
A Successful Event
The feedback was positive, the event was a success and, as an additional benefit, Flexpress gained several new clients.
